Job Overview

We are seeking a highly dedicated individual for the position of BPO Non Voice Chat Process in our Kolkata office. This is a full-time employment opportunity at the fresher level, suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The primary role involves handling customer interactions in a non-voice capacity through various communication channels.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer service principles with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience efficiently and professionally.
  • Hands-on experience or training with CRM software to manage and enhance customer interactions seamlessly.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base effectively.
  • Skilled in data entry with an attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timely update of information.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications processes is necessary to navigate through systems for effective service delivery.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to address customer inquiries and issues promptly and appropriately.
  • Competent in using MS Office Suite to prepare and manage documentation and reports as necessary.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a non-voice capacity through chat to resolve their queries and provide assistance.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in the CRM system, updating as necessary after each interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide exceptional customer service and address complex issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to deliver informed and effective service to customers.
  • Identify potential customer service improvements and communicate suggestions to the management team.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer interactions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and service delivery standards.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report trends to develop strategies for enhancing service quality.


Right now we are hiring for BPO Non Voice Chat Process ( US Debt- Settlement Process)

Shift Timing:- 8:00 Pm to 5:00 Am, Monday to Friday(5days)

Salary:- 9000-12000
