Job Title: GDP Architect

Location: work from remote location

Responsibilities:

• Able to define and implement the strategic elements to adopt Google Cloud for various business functions across the enterprise

• Hands-on experience in defining and implementing the data security policies and granular access management

• Hands-on experience of implementing the scheduling and orchestration of complex workflows of multiple applications on GCP using Cloud Storage, Data flow, BigQuery

• Automation of application stages from development to production

• Automation of regular housekeeping jobs

• Platform and application health and performance monitoring and reporting

• Assist the teams to perform analysis for any performance or efficiency improvements on data management solutions

• Lifecycle management of enterprise projects, data, access on GCP

• Assist the team to develop solutions for data migration, movement and data exchange across cloud and on-premise platforms

• Assist to develop scripts and code to automate, track, monitor & troubleshoot data exchange/management

• Work individually or with the team to develop automated procedures to upload, monitor and track data uploads in/out of data repositories and across platforms (cloud and non-cloud)

• Work on Products/Programs to provide development & support

• Perform documentation and record keeping as needed

• Willingness to learn new tools & technology and perform other duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Coding, Debugging, Root Cause analysis & Issue resolution

• Basic skills in software design & development for managing data

• Knowledge of data virtualization and data sharing solutions

• Experience using Google Cloud Platform(GCP) for data storage, data movement and data management using big data solutions and technologies

• Ability to research, self-train/educate efficient ways to manage enterprise projects on GCP
