Roles and Responsibilities -

• Develop schedule to assess training needs 
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews 
• Consult with other trainers & managers 
• Track and compile collected data 
• Communicate training needs 
• Test and review created materials 
• Maintain database of all training materials 
• Conduct training through new materials and technologies 
• Provide On-the-job training and make the transition smooth 
• Review employee performance within learning 
• Coordinate and monitor enrolment with Human Resources
