• Implement new policies in recruitment to ensure faster recruitment.
Accountable for Below Tasks –
• Should be able to achieve the target for each account assign.
• Responsible for profitability of each accounts assigned e.g. Margin.
• Should be able to maintaining good repot and relationship with accounts and generating more business from the existing account. Reporting to management monthly for overall business.
• Should be able to achieve team target for each account assign to him/her
• Responsible to assign the requirement on daily basis as per the work load in the team
• Should be able to up gradation of technical knowledge in team and providing enough training on technical skills as well as behavior skills on regular basis.
• Responsible to measure the effectiveness of the training. (Technical skills)
• Responsible to motivate the team members.
• Should be able to check the quality of the resume submitted by the recruiters and set the high standard for the same and also has to make sure that TR meets those standards.
• Responsible to discuss the complexities of the position and provide the plausible solutions to them.
• Responsible for keeping track of team member’s progress by preparing reports.
• Responsible for the client coordination as per the requirement.
• Should be able to set up the interviews.
• Responsible to keep the track of all the positions and their Due dates.
• Responsible for the performance of the Sr. Technical Recruiter in terms of his/her mentoring skills and guide him on each and every aspect as far as team management and performance is concern.
• Responsible assisting team members on sourcing, resume formatting, understanding requirement, understanding client, & technical terms
• Mentoring and caching junior team members to next level
