Looking for a Candidate who can join us On-site from Vadodara location.

• Job Title :-

#IT_System_Administrator (5+ Years)

#Location:- #Vadodara - #onsite

#Job_Description :-

• Configuration, Installation, and maintenance of Enterprise systems including but not limited to, End-user compute, licensing, software, SaaS applications and active directory environment.

• Provide consistent support for employee onboarding and off-boarding processes as per IT policies.

• Support application development teams for DevOps process and any underlying hardware or software related implementation, documentation, and technical support

• Perform monitoring, and alerting using enterprise system management utilities to ensure KPI, and SLAs for IT services are met with excellence. - Capture and Document internal processes, develop standard operating procedures for business processes related to IT systems.

• Participate in new system evaluations, testing processes and implementation roll out using standard ITIL/ITSM approach.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand and optimize IT system operations and create alignment.

• Support physical and virtual desktop environment for end-user workforce globally – AWS/Azure/VMware

Relevant Experience :-

- SaaS based deliveries, IT Operations, IT Service Management

- Change Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management

- Server, Network, Security & Backup & Restore Management & Governance

- Business Continuity Management DR Drills, Resource Planning.

- Working experience in ITIL, Agile or Scrum frameworks.

- Linux, Unix, Windows systems

- Hyper-V, VMWare

Certifications :-

- RedHat or Ubuntu certified (RHCSA/RHCE/CLNP)

- Windows Server OS

- AWS Cloud Practitioner (Foundational) / Solution Architect Associate Optional (+)

- AZ- 900 mandatory, AZ 104 optional (+)

- Security + certification is optional, would be +
