Digital Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the online sales targets in brand website & digital marketplaces and at the same time adhere to the ROI targets for digital marketing spends.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the sales targets in Online marketplaces including Vstar.in
- Design and execute performance campaigns in order to achieve ROI target.
- Working closely with Digital Marketing team to effectively market the awareness campaign to build a pool of online users for re-marketing.
- Research market in order to identify new styles in innerwear & leisurewear from the competition and give actionable market inputs to Product team. Drive development of new styles.
- Update the website Vstar.in to ensure better user experience which will increase Average transaction value (ATV). Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
- Estimating demand and working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by product by marketplace, new product sell-through and offer code performance.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Maintain excellent working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders including digital marketing agencies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing online sales, especially brand website. Deep understanding of online marketplace dynamics.
- Self-starter and go-getter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- Experience in UX, web design, catalogue management, customer flow, web analysis, sales journey & customer funnel optimization and customer loyalty management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
