Key Responsibilities

• Service Operations:
• Lead and manage complete service operations including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, etc.).
• PAN India Coordination:
• Supervise and coordinate service activities across all regions in collaboration with local partners and service teams.
• Team Leadership:
• Guide and manage service engineers and technicians. Allocate tasks, track performance, and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Target & Revenue Monitoring:
• Monitor service team KPIs, ensure timely service delivery, and drive revenue through high-quality service performance.
• Customer Interaction:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Manage escalations, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term client relationships.
• Process & Tracker Management:
• Maintain service logs, trackers, project documentation, and ensure accuracy in all reporting and scheduling systems.
• Training & Compliance:
• Train junior engineers and technicians. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety norms, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Experience: 5–8 years in HVAC service operations with team and multi-site project management experience
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth expertise in HVAC equipment troubleshooting (chillers, VRF systems, control panels, etc.)
• Leadership & Planning: Ability to manage teams, track progress, and achieve service goals
• Client Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Mobility: Open to travel across India as per service demands
