Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans for VRV/VRF HVAC system installations
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on active project sites
• Ensure proper use of PPE and full compliance with safety protocols by all personnel
• Supervise safety during ducting work, system lifting, and equipment installation
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to project staff, technicians, and subcontractors
• Maintain detailed reports of safety observations, incidents, and near-miss events
• Coordinate effectively between the execution and safety teams to ensure proactive risk mitigation
• Enforce compliance with statutory regulations, labor safety acts, and company policies



Candidate Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
• Certification in Industrial Safety (mandatory or preferred depending on project scale)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in safety roles within HVAC, MEP, or VRV project environments
• Sound knowledge of HVAC ducting work and site-level project execution
• Proficient in safety documentation, audits, and communication
• First Aid / Fire Safety certification will be an added advantage
• Willingness to travel to multiple project locations and stay site-based as required
