Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Operations professional to join our team at VPLAK's Gurgaon headquarters. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will effectively manage sales operations and support the sales team in delivering excellent service to our customers. Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in sales operations, having the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency in sales activities (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in convincing people effectively and influencing decision-making processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer handling skills, ensuring exceptional service and handling inquiries effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to identify potential customers and develop lasting relationships.
  • Solid negotiation skills required to close deals and contracts while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Proficient in delivering customer service, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment but also manage tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and professional interaction with clients and colleagues.

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in executing effective sales operations that drive company growth.
  • Utilize robust customer handling techniques to maintain high satisfaction levels and repeat business.

  • Engage with brand partners and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives.
