We are seeking a Junior Sales Operations professional to join our team at VPLAK's Gurgaon headquarters. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. - Strong customer handling skills, ensuring exceptional service and handling inquiries effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to identify potential customers and develop lasting relationships.
- Solid negotiation skills required to close deals and contracts while maintaining positive relationships.
- Proficient in delivering customer service, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment but also manage tasks independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and professional interaction with clients and colleagues.
