Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be focused on generating revenue, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers to expand VPLAK’s market reach.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Experience in telesales, demonstrating the ability to close sales and generate leads over the phone.
  • Ability to up sell additional products and services to existing customers to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Proven convincing abilities focused on persuading potential clients regarding products and services (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in selling and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in cross-selling techniques to recommend related products that complement customers' purchases (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Capacity to create and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and reach out to new prospects to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge to provide complete information to customers and assist in decision-making.
  • Identify customer needs and provide insights to achieve satisfaction and longer-term loyalty.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to boost sales activity.
  • Collect feedback and market insights and use this information to improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Track sales cycle performance and insights for optimization and growth initiatives.
