Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, position requiring 1 to 4 years of experience. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships in a competitive online market. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, effective communication, and a passion for customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 4 years in a similar domain.
  • Proficiency in communication both written and spoken is essential for engaging with clients and closing deals (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships for sustained business growth.
  • Experience in managing customer satisfaction and understanding their needs to improve service delivery.
  • Strong skills in convincing people and persuading them to make purchasing decisions.
  • Competent in negotiation, ensuring beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
  • Must possess strong sales capabilities to meet and exceed sales targets consistently (Mandatory skill).
  • A basic understanding of customer relationship management tools and systems to maintain customer data and insights.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential and existing clients to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft promotional initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management for informed decision-making.
