- Has proven track record of creating test cases based on specification and executing them
- Has good insight of customer needs and translating them into a test specification and plan
- Able to communicate clearly and support developers to understand the issues
- Knowledge of some scripting languages and ability to create test scripts for test automation is an added advantage
- Has experience of Agile (Scrum) based software development model
