Profile - Dietician

Location - Pan India

Experience - Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a similar field

Education – BSc. / MSc. in Nutrition & Dietetics

Preference - Female

Skills:

Excellent communication, Sales, Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Diet counselling & monitoring slimming sessions

1.      Counsel & educate the client on appropriate diets, menu planning & healthy methods of food preparation for Weight Management & maintenance of optimum health & Wellness based of VLCC Diet protocol “Metabolome Principals”.

2.      Pre-Plan sessions of clients as per individual requirements & the package booked - Appliance sessions / therapies / combination sessions to be administered scientifically to the client during slimming program under the guidance of Slimming Head / Slimming In charge.

Client Consultation & Sales

1.      Achieve individual Target Success Rate & Regularity % as defined on month to month/Quarterly basis.

2.      Provide diet counselling for weight/inch loss or maintenance & soft sell slimming packages & products.

Hygiene & Maintenance

1.      Make sure that the slimming equipment are sterilized & well maintained.

Client Referrals

1.      Recognize & refer clients with skin/hair issues to the appropriate experts.

Administrative Tasks

1Ensure timely uploading of all executions as per SOP (daily) for seamless compilation of Daily Success Rate & Regularity % (as part of Daily monitoring system). Schedule appointments, maintain slimming service records, & generate required reports.

Continuous Improvement

1.      Attend staff & training meetings, upgrade skills, & multitask as needed.
