·     Strong knowledge and Minimum 5 years Hands on Experience in 3 or more areas of security like (Antivirus (EPP) / EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) and Anti-APT (Anti-Advanced Persistent Threat): Trellix / HIPS: Trend Micro).

·     Install, Configure & Maintain the software and hardware of EPP/EDR/HIPS/Anti-APT

·     Response to ticket in accordance with SLA guidelines.

·     Record, track & document the request problem solving process including actions taken through 

·     Understanding of Trend Micro/Trellix.

·     Analyze & fix the risk and scan logs.

·     Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.

·     Interact with OEM for any incident.
