Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring Management:
• ✅ Monitor the performance of newly hired VBA (Promoters) and take action for non-performers.
• ✅ Ensure strict adherence to hiring guidelines and policies.
• ✅ Conduct and enhance the NHIT (New Hiring Induction Training) process.
• Performance Management:
• ✅ Track and analyze VBA productivity & performance for both top and average performers.
• ✅ Maintain the VBA count while achieving productivity targets.
• Nurturing & Development:
• ✅ Plan, execute, and track NHIT programs across the zone.
• ✅ Develop and implement improvement plans based on sales performance and data insights.
• Market Awareness & Analysis:
• ✅ Design & execute strategies based on market research & competitor analysis.
• ✅ Identify business growth opportunities and communicate key insights effectively.
