Generating daily &amp; monthly attendance reports through computerized Biometric Attendance System.  Payroll and working in HRMS software application.  Recruitment handling – Screening, Scheduling and conducting interviews.  Handling PF, and buyouts Contract and Preparation of various other letters as required.  Contract renewal/Agreement &amp; Payment.  Coordination with Statutory consultants for monthly, quarterly and annual compliances.  Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resource policies &amp; procedures.  Maintains historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and keeping past and current records.  Assisting the HR Manager with HR Audit.  Responsible for employee engagement/HR activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE – Front Line REPORTS TO FRONT OFFICE MANAGER Position summary:Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries. Should acquire detailed information about the retreat and city. Check on VIP guest movements,&nbsp;complete their pre-registration formalities.Allocate rooms to all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences. Collect guest feedback forms and do any&nbsp;possible first hand service recovery steps.FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Register guests and assign room.
