As a call center team lead, he/she will depend on the goals of the campaign and the nature of the work assigned. The goal of each Team leader is to ensure the completion of assigned work for their respective team in the designated time with minimum setbacks. The performance of a Team leader is the performance of his Team.


❖ Roles and Responsibility:


- 1. Over-looking the day-to-day Samvad Kendra (call center) operation.


2. Setting clear team goals and set deadlines for the same. 3. Monitoring the Team performance and reporting on the performance metrics.


4. Motivating and leading the team members


. 5. Assign the campaign to the agents and stop the agents from Calling 6. Check hourly agent performance


7. Call Audit with feedback (verbally explain)
