Experience: minimum 10 Month -1 year experience in BPO bulk hiring or Consultancy experience in BPO Hiring.

Skills: Good Communication in English (Written & Oral)/ HR Sourcing /screening/recruiting/

Convincing skills/ Bulk hiring knowledge/ Job portal knowledge / Ms-Office.

JD :

1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in KPO/BPO

Strong track record of sourcing,Screening and hiring candidates and onboarding.

To be good in communication and interpersonal skills & Convincing skills.

Paid Job portal knowledge must eg: Naukri/Foundit/ Indeed/ Work india

Strong knowledge in Bulk hiring recruitment

Reporting to Senior HR

Salary: 15 K- 20 K CTC
