- Processing payroll: Calculate and process payroll for the company, including wages, overtime, and deductions.
- Handling employee inquiries: Answer questions from employees about their pay, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Collaborate with other teams, including HR, to ensure payroll is processed on time.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, employee benefits, and rewards and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Verifying Monthly Expenses off all employee's.
