Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Assistant to join our team at Visaman Infraprojects Pvt Ltd in Wankaner. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the steel manufacturing industry and possess the skills necessary to maintain accurate financial records and support our accounting department.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Purchase Order to bill Booking, Manufacturing Entries, hoods Issue to production final Production, Sales Invoicing,
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable Management required for efficient financial tracking and reporting (Mandatory skill).
• Strong bookkeeping skills to maintain accurate financial records and support the accounting team (Mandatory skill).
• Must have working experience with QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required for creating detailed financial spreadsheets and reports.
• Experience with SAP software to assist in the integration and management of business operations.
• Capable of performing reconciliation tasks to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Exceptional data entry skills required for maintaining precise financial entries and records.
