# MS Dynamic CRM Architect 

# Experience: 8+ years

# Primary Responsibilities:

8+years Dynamics CRM development experience.

8+ years .NET programming experience.

8+years programming and software development experience.

Responsible for migrating Dynamics 7.0.2 to 9.1 and be cloud ready.

Ability to reverse engineer and create design blueprints and integration components.

Develop technical design and architecture for integration solutions when migrating to a more modern technology stack.

Strong understanding of EAI, SOA and ESB architecture.

Strong understanding of Microservices design patterns and Azure Cloud.

Strong understanding of and experience with Object Oriented design and development.

Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns

Solid understanding of software development patterns

Prior experience in app rationalization and executing a migration initiative is preferred.

Work with a team of software developers to develop new migration scripts

Work with end users during system design to determine functionality needs.

Manage testing of application software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness to achieve desired results and ensure the migration is accurate with no data or functionality loss.

Plan development activities and monitors progress to completion.

Solve problems and makes business decisions to carry out job duties.

Weigh alternatives and determine appropriate course of action.

Communicate with users during program development to review progress and ensure that requirements have been met.

Develop prototype applications and solutions whenever necessary.

Prepare migration scripts for data migration purposes.

Ability to rationalize with facts the merits of OnPrem vs Cloud instance.

Experience in working with Agile Scrum teams.

Ability to align to the future state architecture solution.

Ability manage technical team.
