Job Overview

Virtual Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Data Management (TDM) Assessment and Tool Recommendation expert. This is a contract position for professionals with 7 to 10 years of dedicated experience. The job location includes Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore Urban, and Mysuru. The role requires expertise in TDM, test management, synthetic data, data masking, and TDM tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in Test Data Management, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in managing test data environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of test management processes and tools, ensuring high-quality delivery in complex ecosystems.
• Experience in generating and handling synthetic data, ensuring data quality and creating realistic testing scenarios.
• Ability to implement data masking solutions, protecting sensitive information and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Expertise in leading and utilizing various TDM tools like Informatica, IBM InfoSphere, or equivalent, to streamline data management processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess tool compatibility and recommend optimal solutions for business needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering quality and meeting strict deadlines.
