Virtual Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior Domestic IT Recruiter for a Full-Time, Hybrid position located in Hyderabad. This mid-level role requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Mandatory skill) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
- Expertise in Boolean Search Techniques (Mandatory skill) to source qualified candidates efficiently from various platforms.
- Experience in Technical Recruiting (Mandatory skill), with a clear understanding of the IT industry and its requirements.
- Ability to implement effective Candidate Sourcing strategies that include diverse channels to attract suitable talent.
- Strong Interviewing Skills to assess the technical and cultural fit of candidates accurately.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing tactics to build and promote the Virtual Labs employer brand.
- Experience in Offer Negotiation to facilitate agreements between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Understanding of Diversity Hiring Strategies to foster an inclusive workplace that meets Virtual Labs' diversity objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods including networks, social media, and job portals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and expectations for each role.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates' skill levels, and coordinate interview processes effectively.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment processes, ensuring efficient and organized candidate tracking.
- Apply Boolean Search Techniques to find specific profiles, enhancing the accuracy and reach of recruitment efforts.
- Focus on Technical Recruiting, facilitating a seamless match between candidates' skills and job requirements.
- Optimize recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the company’s brand visibility and attract top-tier talent.
- Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring competitive and satisfactory agreements are reached for all parties involved.
- Implement diversity hiring practices to improve workplace inclusiveness and adhere to Virtual Labs' diversity goals.
