Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Lead Python Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience, for a hybrid role based in Hyderabad. This position involves leading API development and testing initiatives, driving innovation in automation engineering, and mentoring junior developers. Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Python development, with a focus on API design and implementation.
- Proficiency in API Testing, ReadyAPI, and SoapAPI is mandatory, as these are critical for ensuring robust software solutions.
- Strong experience as an automation engineer, with the ability to develop and deploy automated processes.
- Solid understanding of RESTful services and associated technologies for seamless integration.
- Expertise in using Groovy scripting to enhance testing frameworks and automation processes.
- Adept at working in hybrid environments, balancing remote collaboration with in-person leadership and mentorship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability to troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
