Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize social media and finance data effectively. Ensure dashboards are interactive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
• Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret complex social media and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including social media platforms, financial systems, and other databases. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, data scientists, and other departments, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring quick load times and smooth user experiences.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for Power BI reports, dashboards, and data sources. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, dashboards, and data integration. Provide technical support and guidance as needed.
• Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in Power BI and data visualization. Implement improvements and new features to enhance reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Power BI development, with a strong focus on creating dashboards and reports for social media and finance data.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query. Experience with data modelling, data visualization, and report design.
• Data Integration: Experience with integrating data from social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and financial systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) into Power BI.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
