Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Experience required: 6 months-3 years 

CTC: 15-35k per month (+ incentives)


Job Summary


Please note that we would highly prefer a candidate who primarily has previous experience in an IT agency.


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven business development executive to join our branding agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the branding industry. This role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting


  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the branding and marketing sectors.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients.


Client Engagement


  • Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (email, phone, social media, networking events).
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch our services and understand client needs.


Sales Strategy


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.


Proposal Development


  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.


Relationship Management


  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.


Market Analysis


  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance service offerings and identify new business opportunities.


Reporting


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and market feedback.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, internship or a similar role within the branding or marketing industry.
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
