Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven BTL Marketing Executive/Manager to plan, execute, and monitor all below-the-line marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer engagement, brand promotion, and event activation to deliver impactful campaigns that drive brand visibility and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Design and implement BTL campaigns, including on-ground activations, trade shows, in-store promotions, roadshows, and events.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging materials such as banners, flyers, and standees.
Vendor Management:
•Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors/agencies for event setups, branding materials, and promotional activities.
Consumer Engagement:
•Organize sampling activities, product demos, and other experiential marketing strategies to drive consumer interaction.
•Develop strategies to ensure high footfall and engagement during activations.
Budget Management:
• Plan and manage budgets for BTL campaigns, ensuring cost-effective delivery of objectives.
Data Collection & Reporting:
• Monitor campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to optimize future activities.
• Present detailed reports on campaign outcomes, including ROI analysis.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to align BTL activities with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
•Coordinate with digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns where required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2-5 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or brand activation.
•Strong organizational and project management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Creative mindset with a customer-first approach.
•Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or similar industries.
• Knowledge of local markets and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with branding and merchandising strategies.
