JOB DESCRIPTION

# Follow up with the customer who have missed credit card and Personal loan EMI Payments

# Coordinate with the team leader for recovery process

# Calling the customers for collection

# Debt management and Loan recovery


CANDIDATE PROFILE


·   # Good communication skills (Kannada and English)


·    # Telugu, Hindi and Tamil speaking is an added advantage


·    # Freshers with any degree (Arts or Engineering)


·    # Non graduates can also apply


·    # DRA certified is an added advantage


JOB TIMING: 9.30am to 6pm
