Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 5+ years of experience in graphic design who are passionate about visual storytelling and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful designs across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with our brand guidelines and engage our target audience.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for a range of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, display advertising generating innovative concepts, branding, web design, advertising campaigns and newsletter design.
• Create visually stunning marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Evaluate design feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve design quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design.
• Coach and mentor junior designers to help elevate their design skills and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the online media industry or any other relevant industry.
• A strong portfolio of previous design work that showcases design expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in creating designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box design solutions.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Curious and proactive by nature.
