Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SCM Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations for our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain functions, including warehousing, logistics, and demand forecasting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing a fast-paced, customer-driven supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with 3PL logistics partners for timely order fulfilment and last-mile delivery.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability practices in supply chain operations.
• Implement technology solutions to improve supply chain visibility and automation.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align supply chain planning with business growth.
• Develop risk management strategies to handle supply chain disruptions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment or FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, ERP, etc.).
• Experience working with logistics providers, warehouses, and fulfilment centers.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration between teams.
• Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing best practices is a plus.
