Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Executive with minimum 1 year of experience to join our team at Vilvah Store Private Limited. This is a full-time position suitable for the people seeking job in Chennai. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our skincare and hair care products to our valued customers.

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates with 10th /12th /any UG degree can apply.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in retail sales
• In-depth knowledge of skin care and hair care products, including their benefits and applications, to provide accurate information to customers.
• Strong customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure a memorable and satisfying shopping experience.
• A dedicated approach to ensuring customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill), addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales and ensure product availability on the shelves through effective inventory management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing and restocking products attractively.
