Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in quality assurance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for supporting the QA team in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the inspection and testing of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections and other QA-related documentation.
• Follow and help enforce SOPs to ensure consistent quality across all processes.
• Participate in internal quality audits and assist in the preparation of audit reports.
• Collect, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all quality assurance activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues, working closely with production and other relevant departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related disciplines).
• No prior experience required; internships or academic projects in quality assurance or related areas are a plus.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.
