Job Overview

We are looking for a QC Assistant to join our dynamic team at Vilvah Store Private Limited. As a QC Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our skincare products. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore and is ideally suited for a fresher with 6 Months of Internship Experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Female candidates only.
• B.Sc Chemistry with good english knowledge.
• Knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and practices.
• Experience with laboratory testing equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for skincare products is a plus.
• Passion for natural skincare and sustainability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Verify product specifications and compare them with the quality standards.
• Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on samples.
• Keep detailed records of all tests and inspections conducted.
• Identify any product defects or deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures.
• Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures.
