Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will oversee order fulfilment, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of logistics operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Manage order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods to customers and warehouses.
• Liaise with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
• Optimize route planning and last-mile delivery operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics costs.
• Handle documentation for imports, exports, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor key logistics performance indicators and suggest improvements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in logistics operations.
• Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with logistics management software and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and international logistics is a plus.
