Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in graphic design who are passionate about visual storytelling and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful designs across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual communications.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Perform basic photo editing, retouching, and image optimization for various digital platforms.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final deliverables meet project objectives.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certifications may be considered.
• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio showcasing design work is required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital media formats and best practices for web and social media design.
