Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Junior Executive – IT to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is suitable for experienced candidates with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should be willing to work at any time and travel for work-related tasks. The role primarily involves handling network-related activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for IT and networking issues, both on-site and remotely.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and systems.
• Travel to different locations for work-related IT and networking tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and best practices. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in networking and IT support.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network cabling.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Must be open to work and willing to travel at any time.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in networking is mandatory.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and technical guidance.
• Candidates who reside in Coimbatore or willing to relocate to Coimbatore is preferable.
