About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will be stationed at the reception area and will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions while also managing front-desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management: Assist the Visitors, Employees and candidates at the reception.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments
• Source candidates through job portals , employee referrals, and other channels
• Screening resumes and conduct initial telephonic interview
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring manager
• Maintain and update databases and reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding activities and documentation
• Collaborate with HR and other department heads to understand hiring needs
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0 - 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Google calendars
• Hands-on-experience in any HRMS is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
