Job Overview

Vilvah Store Private Limited is seeking 1-2 years of experienced candidate for the role of Junior Executive - Customer Support. As a experienced candidate you will handle customer queries accurately via phone, email or chat on time.

Only Female Candidates can apply.

Selected candidates will be placed in Coimbatore Office.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Customer Support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil.Any additional language is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer support workflows.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Patience and professionalism in handling challenging customer interactions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes.
