Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate - Retention Marketing to join our growing team. You will assist in executing marketing strategies to enhance customer retention and drive repeat purchases

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing retention marketing initiatives to improve customer    loyalty.
• Analyse customer data to help personalize marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation, scheduling, and tracking of email/SMS campaigns.
• Assist in managing customer loyalty programs and tracking performance.
• Monitor campaign results, compile reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• • Learn and use marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters of Business Administration
• Basic understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, or similar).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, or reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong written Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical skills.
•  A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
