Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. The Junior Executive/ Executive - Accounts will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.com, M.com or MBA in Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Excel particularly in V lookup, Pivot Table 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Generate sales invoices along with e-Invoice and e-Way Bill generation.
• Record and book purchase invoices and business expenses.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems for accounting and inventory management.
• Maintain and update the General Ledger accurately.
• Proficient in handling reconciliation.
