Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations while gaining hands-on exposure to core HR functions. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, proactive in approach, and capable of assisting in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting employee engagement activities and internal events.

Coordinate engagement initiatives, workshops, and team-building activities.

Provide support to the HR Team on day to day activities.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes.

Coimbatore based candidates are highly preferable.

Skills & Competencies:

High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

 Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Ability to take initiative in organizing the events.
