Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who supports the planning, execution and optimization of growth strategies across marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with sales and product team to align growth activities with company goals
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and new growth opportunities
• Monitoring competitor growth strategies and suggest on the areas of improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital growth or a related role.
• Hands on experience in data analysis and growth metrics
• Strong expertise in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Familiar with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment
