Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance to oversee our quality operations. This role is critical in ensuring that every product meets our uncompromised quality standards, complies with industry regulations, and aligns with our brand’s sustainability promise. The ideal candidate will lead quality initiatives, audits, and improvements across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance processes across production, packaging, and warehouse operations.
• Develop and enforce quality standards, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and compliance checks, implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and approve batch records, product testing reports, and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with R&D and production teams to validate new product launches and pilot batches.
• Train, guide, and monitor the performance of junior QA team members.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure quality raw material sourcing and supplier compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product consistency.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure all quality practices are aligned accordingly.

Key Requirements

• Any undergraduate degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (GMP, ISO standards), regulatory norms, and documentation..
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
