Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, manage schedules, and assist in coordinating office activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HR & Legal team to ensure adherence of all statutory requirements are met.
- Should have good knowledge of Labour Laws compliance, Employees ESIC/EPF, Drug Control, Inspector of Factories, Shop & Establishment Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax and other requirements.
- Under HR Statutory Laws, ensure maintenance of registers at project location as prescribed by the HR Team
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Required to support multiple departments or teams
- Responsible for Property Management:
- Oversee & follow up basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ensure the safety and security of the facility in the organisation
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team members like Electrician, Fitter, Housekeeping & Gardener etc, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Oversees and coordinates all maintenance activities, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
- Communicates effectively with staff, management, and other HOD’s.
- Keeps accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Provides regular updates to manager on the status of maintenance operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 – 2 Years of proven experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
