Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Manage and allocate budget correctly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
Essential: MBA in marketing With 5 years of experience in vegetable, grocery and FMCG sector

Villamart is creating a physical market chain for the consumers where they can get the quality products at an optimal price and farmers/FPOs/SHGs can sell their produce directly in any of our outlets. We are following a bottom up approach starting from block level, where our fulfillment center (FC) takes care of the distribution of the food and grocery products to our franchised and partnered outlets and also regulates the procurement of the products from the farmers of that locality. We have two kinds of marketplace i.e, static & mobile with digital connection. In the process of developing this kind of innovative market platform, we are working on certain in-house technologies such as, AI based procurement system for standardizing the quality of procured farm produce, cost-effective storage of perishable farm produce and the supply-chain management system connecting rural with urban.
