Experience:

• Junior BDE: 6 Months (Internship/Entry-Level in IT Services)
• Senior BDE: Up to 3 Years (Proven Experience in IT Services Industry)

Location: Onsite – Gota, Ahmedabad

Shift Timings: 10 Am - 7 PM || 11 AM – 8 PM (Monday to Friday)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Lead generation via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email & calls
• Experience in bidding on IT service projects (Web/App/Software)
• Understanding of IT services, client needs & business models
• Proposal writing and client follow-ups
• CRM tools knowledge is a plus
• Confidence in client calls, demos, and requirement discussions
• Ability to work in target-driven environments
• Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Knowledge of sales pipelines and lead nurturing (Senior)
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills (Senior)
