What You’ll Do:

• Hunt & connect – Generate quality leads on LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer.
• Communicate & engage – Understand client needs & present smart IT solutions.
• Propose & close – Draft winning proposals, negotiate, and seal the deal.
• Research & strategize – Stay ahead of trends and competitors.
• Collaborate & deliver – Work with internal teams to ensure client success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in IT Business Development
• Bachelor’s in IT / BTech / BCA (or related field)
• Excellent spoken & written English (must-have )
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools, MS Office
