Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Retail Sales professional for our client locations in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Surat, Bengaluru, Indore, and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in retail settings. This role requires a strong grasp of sales techniques and CRM software, alongside excellent customer service skills. Candidates should be proficient in Arabic and familiar with Point of Sale systems.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Arabic language to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and enhance customer relations in a multicultural environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software like Salesforce to manage customer interactions and improve sales processes.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems to efficiently conduct transactions and manage sales operations.
  • Exceptionally strong customer service skills to meet the needs of clients and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of effective sales techniques to maximize revenue, including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively using team collaboration tools to ensure cohesive communication and teamwork across departments.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions that will inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
  • In-depth product knowledge expertise to guide customers in purchasing decisions and enhance customer satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide guidance and enhance their shopping experience by offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Implement sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each product to customers.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and restock displays to ensure that all products are readily available for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient retail operation, including handling customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze customer data, helping to improve service delivery and sales strategies.
  • Operate POS systems to facilitate smooth and efficient sales transactions and ensure the accurate handling of cash and card payments.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive working environment by actively participating in meetings and providing feedback for improvement.
