  • Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in candidate screening to identify suitable individuals for various roles (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong talent acquisition skills to effectively match candidates with organizational needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced in conducting interviews, evaluating skills and qualifications to meet the requirements of specific roles.
  • Established networking skills to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Proven negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial employment arrangements.
  • Excellent communication abilities to clearly convey job expectations and company culture to candidates.
  • Solid understanding of human resources practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of recruitment tactics and tools.
  • Perform detailed evaluations of applicants through interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber professionals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and proactively communicate with them.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their hiring goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment strategies.
