We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal (On-site Role). The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to perform the duties of the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process for various positions within the company

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or human resources

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
